Our Programs

2025 Concert Series (May - July)

The 2025 concert series will be held at the beautiful Pioneer Park. Admission is free, and music will start at 7 p.m. This enjoyable and casual series will have refreshments available on-site. Eight bands will perform for free from May through July. Please remember to bring your own seating and sunscreen.

Independence Day Celebration (Friday, July 4)

Bring the family to Pioneer Park in Mooresville on July 4 for a free community celebration. Live music will begin at 6 p.m., and concessions will be available throughout the evening. Fireworks will start at dusk.

Old Settlers Festival (July 31 - August 3)

Enjoy rides,  games, and performances at this final summer festival before we look toward fall. There are many community booths, great food, live musical performances, and more.


Mooresville Lions Club has managed the event since just after World War II!

Junk in the Trunk (Saturday, September 13)

ADMISSION IS FREE FOR SHOPPERS! 

 

Enjoy yard sale vendors setting up and selling furniture, books, clothing, toys, household goods, and more. 


The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 


Junk in the Trunk vendor spaces are $20 per space. Outdoor spaces are located in Pioneer Park's pool parking lot. All spaces are 10 x 10. Register early to reserve your spot.

Memorial Program & Application

Give a gift of green and shade, a place to stop and rest, or something special through the Parks Memorial Program. Memorial donations include select tree species, bench types, and other amenities. 


The following procedures and policies are designed to be fair,  consistent, and efficient for anyone interested in donating a memorial on the Mooresville Park property.  Mooresville Parks reserves the right to restrict memorials of individuals, dates, events,  industries, and productions that do not support the department's goals,  vision, and mission.
