REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1
Pioneer Adventure Camp is the perfect retreat for children preparing for grades K-6. Enjoy a day full of fun activities like arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, games, and sports at the picturesque Pioneer Park. Weekly fees cover entry to the Aquatic Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays and starting in June, Mooresville Movies every Wednesday, receive a camp shirt, and enjoy a daily snack. Additionally, lunch is provided through the USDA Free Summer Lunch Program.
The Mooresville Free Summer Concert Series is open for ALL ages.
Gates open at 6 pm; the music starts at 7 pm.
No outside alcohol at any park venue; coolers will be checked at the gate. Mooresville Parks are tobacco-free
What began as an annual picnic celebration is now a fun family-friendly festival featuring carnival rides, games, community booths, live music, and great food. Come out for this local back-to-school season tradition.
Touch a Truck provides a unique opportunity for children to explore vehicles of all types - public service, emergency utility, construction transportation, delivery, and just plain cool - all in one place!
The Mother/Son Camp Out promises to be packed with fun and excitement! Join us for an evening of exciting outdoor activities, including hiking, hayriding, and knot-tying. Gather around the bonfire with fellow campers and indulge in delicious hot dogs and s'mores while having a GLOW DANCE PARTY, so bring your dancing shoes!
The Halloween Hike is a FREE EVENT for children 12 years and under. The hike is a mile-long trail along the park road in Pioneer Park. Approximately 20 stations will be set up with scenes from your favorite cartoons, books, and movies. Each station will have volunteers giving children a treat or trinket.
We are accepting donations for the Halloween Hike. Monetary donations can be made here.
It has been rumored that someone has left candy canes in Pioneer Park. We invited children ages 2-12 to bring flashlights and help us find them all. An adult must accompany children. Dress according to the weather.
Believers of all ages can receive a personal letter from Santa Claus at Christmas! We will ask a few details that will be passed along to our Scout Elf who will make sure that Santa gets all the information for the letter. All questions will be asked at the time of online registration. Santa sends his letters in mid-December.
