Our Programs

Fall Break Camp (October 13-17)

ENGAGING, AGE-APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES: We offer age-
appropriate enrichment activities in indoor and outdoor
settings to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun!


WELL-TRAINED AND ENERGETIC STAFF: Your child's
safety is our top priority at ALL of our camps. Our staff
undergo extensive in-house training. They also learn child
development best practices and techniques to encourage
inclusivity and celebrate diversity. You can rest assured
that your child is in good hands.


FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS: Our school break camps
are conveniently located at Neil Armstrong Elementary
School in Mooresville, IN. Families may enroll for the
entire week or take advantage of the "You Pick" option for
care for up to three days. Mooresville School families also
enjoy tiered pricing based on the USDA Lunch Program.

Hay Rides and Bonfire (Select days in October)

Get ready for an unforgettable experience in Pioneer Park this October!  You can now book private hayrides and enjoy exclusive shelter use during  your 2-hour rental and a cozy bonfire. The best part? You'll be taken  on a ride through the beautiful park, with the driver carefully  coordinating routes within Pioneer Park for an exciting and fun-filled  adventure. Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to create  lasting memories!

Halloween Hike (Saturday, October 25)

 

The Halloween Hike is a FREE EVENT for children 12  years and under.  The hike is a mile-long trail along the park road in  Pioneer Park. Approximately 20  stations will be set up with scenes from  your favorite cartoons, books,  and movies. Each station will have  volunteers giving children a treat or trinket. 


We are LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS and accepting donations for the Halloween Hike.  Monetary donations can be made here. 


It takes A LOT of volunteers for a successful event. To volunteer please call the Park Office at 317-831-7149.

Memorial Program & Application

Give a gift of green and shade, a place to stop and rest, or something special through the Parks Memorial Program. Memorial donations include select tree species, bench types, and other amenities. 


The following procedures and policies are designed to be fair,  consistent, and efficient for anyone interested in donating a memorial on the Mooresville Park property.  Mooresville Parks reserves the right to restrict memorials of individuals, dates, events,  industries, and productions that do not support the department's goals,  vision, and mission.
